```Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product information and demonstrate product features to customers - Assist customers with purchases, including processing transactions and handling cash - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays - Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock needs to management - Meet or exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling to customers - Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers Requirements: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Multilingual abilities are a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base - Knowledge of wireless sales is beneficial - Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately - Organizational skills to maintain an orderly sales floor and inventory If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service, have a knack for sales, and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we would love to hear from you!
